The Inn has three rooms on the second floor and two shared baths; unfortunately, the Sleepy Lobo Inn is a1920's home and is not ADA accessible.  We are sorry for any inconvenience and would be happy to help you find another B&B in the area that can accommodate your needs. 

​All rooms are Non-Smoking and Pet Free.  An outside patio is provided for smokers.
